Every layer of our corporate team has decades of construction experience working on large scale projects within a variety of industries. Our team is our most valuable resource and the reason for our success.

JOHN YANNUZZI

PRESIDENT

A third generation Yannuzzi, John has been at the helm of Yannuzzi Group Inc. for over 25 years. He oversees all of the departments of this multi-faceted company. John has 30 years of hands on experience and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) training, and has estimated, managed and seen to completion many major manual and implosive demolitions along the East coast. He designed and implemented the processing and screening system used to separate, sort and size millions of yards of debris from the World Trade Center disaster.

MELISSA YANNUZZI

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Melissa directs the day to day office management and operations of Yannuzzi, employing her diverse skillset to ensure the company runs smoothly. Melissa provides her expertise in accounting, human resources, marketing, fleet management, licensing and permitting, bid pre-qualification and bid management.


MICHAEL NASERT

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Michael is responsible for all of the internal and external financial aspects of the company. He is an accomplished CFO with extensive experience in the insurance and construction industries. Michael has both an accounting degree and experience in the site work and demolition industry; this allows him to use his training and industry knowledge to ensure Yannuzzi’s financial wellbeing.


JOHN MUCHA

SENIOR ESTIMATOR/Federal Project Manager

John was a Vice President of a national company and a former owner/partner in the environmental industry. John brings over 37 years of contracting expertise to the table, and has broad experience in representing the interests of clients, both as an owner’s representative and a Clerk of the Works. He holds an Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Project Designer license and has an SSPC Lead Paint Removal certification. He is also National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) 7400 certified and a current HAZWOPER.


ANTHONY LEUZZI

FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Anthony started as an operator and has 27 years of field experience as foreman and superintendent, estimator and project manager and is a current HAZWOPER. Anthony’s broad experience in the industry has given him the perfect background to oversee all field operations.


EDWARD MOORE

PROJECT MANAGER

Edward managed multiple large scale projects over the course of his career, and handles various aspects of demolition projects. He has OSHA 30 training, Holds a US Army Corps of Engineers CQM certificate for Quality Control Management for US Army Corps and NAVFAC projects. Edward has a proven track record in demolition, renovation, site work and asbestos abatement.


NICK MUSUMECCI JR.

PROJECT MANAGER

Nick started his career as a platoon sergeant with the US Marine Corps. Since then he has built a career in project management with various construction companies and has developed a robust and diverse skillset. Nick is known for his ability to "think outside the box.”


JAMES RUNYON

DEMOLITION ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Jim has 15 years of experience attending public and private bid and contractor meetings. He has a sound knowledge of the construction industry, and prides himself on being safety oriented. Jim holds a OHSA 360 certification.


Ed Crowley

FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR

Ed is an extremely capable and experienced foreman with over 10 years in the industry, and possesses both practical skills as well as well as administration knowledge and conflict resolution abilities. A natural leader, he is an effective delegator who invests in his team.


NORMAN SPAGNOLA

PROJECT MANAGER/SITE SUPERINTENDENT ESTIMATOR

Norman handles business development and growth throughout the region and has a history of maintaining excellent working relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field management and project management. Known for maximizing performance in any job situation, Norman inspires outstanding performance from his crews.


KAREN GIBBONS

HUMAN RESOURCE PAYROLL CLERK/ ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Karen is detail-oriented and has exceptional computer skills, which allows her to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. She provides direction and support to the staff at Yannuzzi and resolves problems before they become apparent.


BOB ANDERSON

CORPORATE SAFETY OFFICER

Bob holds an OSHA 40 hour certification and current HAZWOPER classification. His genuine concern for the safety and wellbeing of his fellow workers makes him the perfect Safety Director.
